Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


14 Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14 day return window on all products. Items must be unused,  undamaged, and in their original packaging (unopened cellophane if aplicable) to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s), excluding delivery fees.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Misreading product descriptions

  • Disliking the fragrance

Refunds are only available for unused, undamaged items returned within 14 days.


How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Ensure the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

As we operate as a fragrance sampling service, we strongly recommend purchasing the smallest size available if you're unsure about a product.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.
In these cases, you will:

  • Be refunded for delivery costs, if applicable


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Change of Mind

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for opened products or items returned due to a change of mind after shipping.
For sample orders, please consider trying our smallest size before committing to a larger quantity


Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. We encourage you to sample our smallest sizes first, as personal scent preferences are subjective.
Disliking a fragrance does not qualify for a return or exchange.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Send you the correct item

  • Cover all associated shipping costs

  • Arrange for return of the incorrect item at no cost to you


Returning Samples

To start a return, email us at nuxascents@gmail.com. You may return items using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class. For items valued over £20, we strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered returns.

Due to postal regulations, perfumes must be shipped as hazardous goods. Inform the post office staff that the package contains perfume so they can apply the required ID8000 label.

Use a padded envelope or box (you may reuse our original packaging) to ensure the item is protected during transit.


Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), you are responsible for return shipping.
Please use a tracked service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
